What if my order is damaged?

If you receive a damaged item, ArryHub is here to help you resolve the issue quickly. Please follow the steps below to report and process your request:

Step 1: Inspect the Package on Delivery

Check the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged, note it with the delivery partner or refuse delivery if necessary.

Step 2: Verify the Product

After opening the package, inspect the item carefully for any physical damage, defects, or missing parts.

Step 3: Capture Evidence

Take clear photos or videos showing:

  • The damaged product
  • Packaging condition
  • Shipping label (if applicable)

This will help speed up verification.

Step 4: Log In to Your Account

Go to arryhub.com and log in to your account.

Step 5: Go to My Orders

Navigate to the My Orders section and select the affected order.

Step 6: Select “Report Issue” or “Request Return”

Click on Report Issue or Request Return and choose “Item Damaged” as the reason.

Step 7: Upload Proof & Submit Request

Upload the images/videos and provide a brief description of the issue. Submit your request for review.

Step 8: Wait for Verification

ArryHub will review your request and verify the damage based on the provided details.

Step 9: Return Instructions

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item:

  • Courier pickup from your address, or
  • Drop-off/self-shipping (if applicable)

Step 10: Pack the Item Securely

Repack the product in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice to avoid further damage during return.

Step 11: Refund or Replacement

After the returned item is received and verified:

  • A replacement will be shipped (if available), or
  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

Step 12: Track Request Status

You can track your return, replacement, or refund status in the My Orders section.

Step 13: Important Notes

  • Report damaged items within the specified return window
  • Claims without proper proof may face delays or rejection
  • Items damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for return
