I would like to return my order

At ArryHub, we aim to make the return process simple and transparent. If you wish to return an item, please follow the procedures below to ensure a smooth experience:

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Go to arryhub.com and log in to your account using your registered email or mobile number.

Step 2: Go to My Orders

Navigate to the My Orders section and select the order that contains the item you wish to return.

Step 3: Select “Request Return”

Click on the Request Return option next to the eligible item.

Step 4: Choose Reason for Return

Select the appropriate reason for returning the product (e.g., damaged item, wrong product, not as expected, etc.). Provide additional details if required.

Step 5: Submit Supporting Details

Upload images or documents (if necessary), especially in cases of damaged or incorrect items, to speed up the verification process.

Step 6: Confirm Return Request

Review your request and submit it. You will receive a confirmation notification once your return request is successfully placed.

Step 7: Wait for Approval

Your return request will be reviewed based on eligibility and product condition. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process.

Step 8: Prepare the Item for Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including:

  • All accessories and tags
  • Invoice or proof of purchase

Ensure the product is unused and in proper condition as per return policy.

Step 9: Handover or Ship the Item

Depending on the return method:

  • Courier Pickup: A delivery partner will collect the item from your address
  • Drop-off/Self-Ship: Deliver or ship the item to the specified return address

Step 10: Track Your Return

You can track the return status from your ArryHub account under My Orders.

Step 11: Verification of Returned Item

Once the item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.

Step 12: Refund or Replacement

After successful verification:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method, or
  • Replacement will be initiated (if selected and available)

Step 13: Refund Completion

Refunds are typically processed within the specified timeframe, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
