Step 1: Inspect the Item Immediately
As soon as your order is delivered, check the product for:
- Physical damage
- Manufacturing defects
- Missing parts or accessories
Step 2: Capture Clear Evidence
Take clear photos or videos showing:
- The faulty or damaged area
- Product packaging
- Shipping label (if applicable)
This helps speed up verification and approval.
Step 3: Log In to Your Account
Visit arryhub.com and log in using your registered email or mobile number.
Step 4: Go to My Orders
Navigate to the My Orders section and select the affected order.
Step 5: Select “Report Issue” or “Request Return”
Click on Report Issue or Request Return and choose:
- “Damaged Item” or
- “Defective/Faulty Product”
Step 6: Submit Details
Upload the required images/videos and provide a brief description of the issue. Submit your request for review.
Step 7: Wait for Verification
ArryHub will review your request based on the submitted proof and product eligibility.
Step 8: Receive Return Instructions
Once approved, you will be guided with the next steps:
- Courier pickup from your address, or
- Drop-off/self-shipping instructions
Step 9: Pack the Product Securely
Repack the item in its original packaging with:
- All accessories and tags
- Invoice or proof of purchase
Ensure safe packaging to avoid further damage during return transit.
Step 10: Return Pickup or Shipment
Hand over the package to the courier partner or ship it as instructed.
Step 11: Product Inspection
After the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm the reported issue.
Step 12: Refund or Replacement
Based on your preference and availability:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be processed to your original payment method
Step 13: Track Your Request
You can monitor the status of your return, replacement, or refund in the My Orders section.
