How will I be refunded?

      ArryHub ensures a transparent and timely refund process once your return or cancellation is approved. Follow the steps below to understand how your refund will be processed:

  • A returned item is received and successfully verified

Once approved, ArryHub will initiate the refund process and notify you via SMS, email, or your account dashboard.

Step 3: Refund Method

Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunded back to the same card
  • Net Banking/UPI/Wallet: Credited to the same account or wallet
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer, wallet, or store credit (as applicable)
Step 4: Processing Time

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method:

  • Initial processing by ArryHub: within a few business days after approval
  • Bank or payment provider processing: additional time may apply
Step 5: Refund Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed from ArryHub’s side.

Step 6: Track Refund Status

You can check the refund status anytime by:

  • Logging into your ArryHub account
  • Visiting the My Orders section
  • Selecting the relevant order
Step 7: Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

If only part of your order is returned or canceled, the refund will be issued only for the eligible item(s) and applicable charges.

Step 8: Shipping Charges
  • Shipping fees may be non-refundable once the order is shipped
