1. Access Tracking Easily
Log in to your ArryHub account and navigate to the My Orders section. Select your order and click on Track Item to view the latest updates.
2. When Tracking Becomes Available
Tracking details are activated once your order has been processed and dispatched by the seller or warehouse.
3. Real-Time Status Updates
Your tracking page will display the current progress of your shipment, including:
- Order Confirmed
- Processing
- Dispatched
- In Transit
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
4. Tracking ID & Courier Information
A unique tracking ID and courier partner details will be provided. You can use this information to monitor your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system if needed.
5. Estimated Delivery Timeline
An expected delivery date will be shown based on your location and shipping method. This is an estimate and may change due to external factors.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking ID and status updates.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or high order volumes. Any changes will be reflected in your tracking updates.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If a delivery attempt fails, instructions for rescheduling or contacting the courier will be provided.
