ArryHub’s Combined Shipping option helps you save on delivery costs by grouping multiple items into a single shipment. Follow the guidelines below to make the most of this feature:
1. What is Combined Shipping?
Combined shipping allows multiple items from the same seller or nearby sellers to be packed and shipped together, reducing overall shipping charges and environmental impact.
2. Eligibility for Combined Shipping
Not all items qualify for combined shipping. Eligibility depends on factors such as:
- Seller or warehouse location
- Product size, weight, and category
- Availability at the same time
3. Automatic vs. Manual Combination
- Automatic: Eligible items in your cart may be combined at checkout
- Manual: In some cases, combined shipping is arranged after order placement based on availability and logistics
4. Cost Savings
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined package rather than individual shipments, helping you reduce total delivery costs.
5. Packaging & Handling
Items are securely packed together to ensure safety during transit. However, certain fragile or special-care items may still be shipped separately.
6. Order Processing Time
Combining items may require additional processing time, as all items need to be ready before shipment.
7. Tracking Your Shipment
You will receive a single tracking ID for combined shipments. All included items will be tracked together until delivery.
8. Partial Shipments
If one or more items are delayed, ArryHub may choose to:
- Wait and ship everything together, or
- Ship available items separately to avoid long delays
9. Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return an item from a combined shipment, it will be processed individually according to the return policy for that product.
10. Changes & Cancellations
Modifying or canceling part of a combined order may affect shipping costs and delivery timelines.
11. Limitations
Combined shipping may not be available for:
- Oversized or heavy items
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods
- Items from different distant locations
Eco-Friendly Benefit
By reducing the number of shipments, combined shipping helps lower packaging waste and carbon footprint.
