1. Select Courier-Based Local Pickup
At checkout, choose the Local Pickup (Courier) option. Your order will be shipped from a nearby seller to a designated pickup hub or partner location.
2. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation via SMS, email, or your ArryHub account with order and shipment details.
3. Shipment Processing
The seller will prepare and hand over your package to a courier service. You will be notified once the shipment is dispatched.
4. Tracking Your Package
A tracking ID and courier partner details will be provided. Use this to monitor your shipment status in real-time until it reaches the pickup location.
5. Pickup Point Notification
You will receive a Ready for Pickup notification when your package arrives at the designated courier pickup center.
6. Carry ID & Order Details
Visit the pickup point with:
- A valid photo ID
- Order confirmation or tracking details
These are required for verification before collecting your package.
7. Pickup Time Window
Collect your package within the specified timeframe mentioned in the notification. Unclaimed packages may be returned to the seller.
8. Inspect Before Acceptance
Check the package condition before accepting it. If there is visible damage or tampering, report it immediately to the courier staff and ArryHub support.
9. Delivery Status Updates
Your order status will typically progress as:
- Order Confirmed
- Shipped via Courier
- In Transit
- Arrived at Pickup Point
- Picked Up
9. Delays & Exceptions
Courier delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or operational issues. Updates will be reflected in your tracking information.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but return options may be available after pickup.
12. Returns & Refunds
Return eligibility depends on the product and seller policy. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item is received and verified.
13. Responsibility After Pickup
