ArryHub provides a Delivery Date Option to give buyers greater control over when their orders arrive.
1. Select Preferred Delivery Date
At checkout, eligible orders may allow you to choose a preferred delivery date based on product availability and your location.
2. Availability of Date Selection
The delivery date option is only available for certain products, sellers, and locations. If unavailable, the earliest estimated delivery date will be assigned automatically.
3. Cut-Off Time for Scheduling
Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time to qualify for your selected delivery date. Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for the next available date.
4. Estimated vs. Guaranteed Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Date: Based on standard logistics timelines
- Scheduled Delivery Date: Chosen by you (subject to confirmation)
While we strive to meet selected dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Changes to Delivery Date
You may be able to modify your selected delivery date before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible.
6. Tracking & Notifications
You will receive updates via SMS, email, or your ArryHub account regarding your delivery schedule and any changes.
7. Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the selected time:
- The courier may attempt re-delivery
- Or you may need to reschedule delivery through support
8. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery dates may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Logistics or operational delays
- Public holidays or high-demand periods
Updated delivery information will be reflected in your tracking details.
9. Responsibility at Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the selected date. Once delivered and accepted, responsibility transfers to the customer.
