If you need to cancel an order on ArryHub, follow the step-by-step process below to ensure a quick and smooth cancellation:
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Visit arryhub.com and log in using your registered email or mobile number.
Step 2: Go to My Orders
Navigate to the My Orders section from your account dashboard.
Step 3: Select the Order
Find and select the order you wish to cancel.
Step 4: Click “Cancel Order”
If your order is eligible, you will see a Cancel Order option. Click on it to proceed.
Step 5: Choose Cancellation Reason
Select the appropriate reason for cancellation (e.g., ordered by mistake, found a better price, change of mind, etc.). This helps us improve our services.
Step 6: Confirm Cancellation Request
Review your request and confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation notification once your request is successfully submitted.
Step 7: Check Order Status
- Pending/Processing Orders: Usually canceled instantly
- Packed/Shipped Orders: Cancellation may not be possible
If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
Step 8: Refund Process (If Applicable)
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated to the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed
- Cash on Delivery Orders: No charges will apply if canceled before dispatch
Step 9: Track Cancellation Status
You can monitor the cancellation and refund status in the My Orders section.
