ArryHub makes it easy to stay updated on your order status from dispatch to delivery. Follow the guidelines below to track your package smoothly:
1. Access Order Tracking
Log in to your ArryHub account and go to the My Orders section. Select the order you want to track and click on Track Package.
2. Tracking Availability
Tracking details become available once your order has been processed and shipped. You will also receive updates via SMS or email.
3. Real-Time Status Updates
Your tracking page will display the latest status, such as:
- Order Confirmed
- Processing
- Shipped
- Out for Delivery
- Delivered
4. Tracking ID & Courier Details
A tracking ID and courier partner information will be provided once the order is dispatched. You can use this to follow your shipment directly with the delivery partner.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
An expected delivery date will be shown based on your location and shipping method. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary due to external factors.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or high demand. In such cases, updates will be reflected in your tracking status.
7. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking details.
8. Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If you miss a delivery, follow the instructions provided in the tracking update or contact the courier service.
9. Issues with Tracking
If your tracking information is not updating or appears incorrect, please allow some time for synchronization. If the issue persists, contact ArryHub support.
