Orders can only be canceled within a limited time after placement. Once the order is processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

You can request a cancellation through your ArryHub account under My Orders or by contacting our support team with your order details.
3. Order Status Matters
- Pending/Processing Orders: Eligible for cancellation
- Shipped/Out for Delivery Orders: Cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return after delivery
- Delivered Orders: Cancellation is not applicable; please refer to return policy
4. Instant vs. Approval-Based Cancellation
Some cancellations are processed instantly, while others may require approval depending on the product type, seller policy, or order stage.
5. Refund Process
If your cancellation is successful:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within the specified timeframe
- Cash on Delivery Orders: No charges will apply if canceled before dispatch
6. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain products (such as personalized items, perishable goods, or special orders) may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
7. Partial Cancellation
If your order includes multiple items, you may be able to cancel individual items instead of the entire order, depending on availability and status.
