ArryHub offers a convenient Store Pickup option, allowing you to collect your orders at a designated location. Please follow the guidelines below for a smooth and hassle-free experience:
1. Select Store Pickup at Checkout
While placing your order, choose the Store Pickup option and select your preferred pickup location (if applicable).
2. Pickup Confirmation Notification
You will receive a confirmation via SMS, email, or your ArryHub account once your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before visiting the store.
3. Valid ID & Order Details
Carry a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation (digital or printed). This helps us verify and process your pickup quickly.
4. Pickup Time Window
Orders must be collected within the specified pickup window mentioned in your confirmation message. Delays beyond this period may lead to cancellation or rescheduling.
5. Authorized Pickup Person
If someone else is collecting the order on your behalf, they must present:
- A copy of your order confirmation
- Their valid photo ID
- Authorization (message/email from you, if required)
6. Product Inspection at Pickup
Please check the product condition, quantity, and specifications at the time of pickup. Any issues should be reported immediately to the store staff.
7. Payment Status
Ensure that your payment is completed (for prepaid orders) or be ready to pay at the store if Cash on Pickup is available.
8. No-Show & Order Holding
Orders not picked up within the allowed timeframe may be canceled or restocked. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per ArryHub’s policy.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Store pickup orders are subject to ArryHub’s return and exchange policies. Eligibility may vary depending on the product category.
