To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and condition (new, not refurbished).
  • The lower price must be available to the general public (excludes special promotions, discounts, or membership prices).
  • The lower price must be from a competitor’s website (online retailers only; in-store prices are excluded).
  • The price must include all taxes, shipping, and fees (we match the total price).

How to Request a Price Match

  1. Find the Lower Price: Discover the same product on another retailer’s website at a lower price. Make sure the item meets all eligibility criteria.

  4. Wait for Confirmation: Our team will verify the information and get back to you with a price match offer.

Price Match Process

  • Once we verify the price and eligibility, we will either match the price or offer you a better deal (subject to availability).
  • If we approve your price match, we will adjust the price of your order to the lower amount.
  • We will process the new price for your order, and you will receive a confirmation email with your updated total.

Price Match Exclusions

We are happy to match most prices, but there are a few exclusions:

  • Prices from third-party marketplaces (such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, or similar sites).
  • Prices from flash sales, deal-of-the-day offers, or other temporary discounts that are not publicly available.
  • Prices for refurbished, open-box, or used items.
  • Prices from stores that require memberships or subscriptions for access.
  • Products from unauthorized sellers or non-authorized retailers.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Price Match Guarantee applies only to orders placed at regular prices. It does not apply to orders that have already been processed.
  • The price match is valid for purchases made within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Price matches are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse price matches if the competitor’s price is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
