Need a copy of your receipt for a recent purchase? We’ve got you covered!

  • How to Get a Receipt Copy

    1. Log in to Your ArryHub Account To access your receipt, simply log in to your ArryHub account with your credentials.

    2. Visit Your Order History Once logged in, go to your Account section by clicking on your profile icon (top right corner). Then, navigate to “Order History”.

    3. Select the Order In the order history, browse through your past purchases and click on the specific order for which you need the receipt.

    4. Download or Email Receipt

      • Download Option: On the order details page, you’ll see an option to Download Receipt. Click on it to instantly get a PDF copy of your receipt.
      • Email Option: If you prefer receiving it via email, click Send Receipt via Email, and we’ll send it straight to your registered email address.
    5. Need Further Assistance? If you’re unable to find or download your receipt, don’t worry! You can reach out to our customer support team at support@arryhub.com, and we’ll assist you in retrieving your receipt.

Yes, receipts for canceled or refunded orders will also be available in your order history, reflecting the refund amount.

3. Can I get a physical copy of my receipt?
Currently, we provide digital copies of receipts only. You can download and print them if you need a physical copy.

4. What if I didn’t receive a receipt via email after purchase?
Check your email’s spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, please contact us, and we’ll resend your receipt.
