1. Access Payment Settings
Log in to your ArryHub account and navigate to the Account Settings or Payment Methods section to view and manage your saved payment options.
2. Add a New Payment Method
You can add supported payment methods such as:
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI or Digital Wallets (if available)
Ensure all details entered are accurate to avoid payment failures.
3. Secure Storage of Information
Your payment details are securely stored using encrypted systems. ArryHub does not share your sensitive financial information with unauthorized parties.
4. Update Existing Payment Methods
You can edit saved payment details, such as card expiry dates or billing information, to keep your account up to date.
5. Remove Payment Methods
You may delete any saved payment method at any time. However, ensure that it is not linked to any active or pending transactions.
6. Set Default Payment Option
For quicker checkout, you can select a preferred or default payment method, which will be automatically selected during purchases.
7. Payment Authorization
Some payment methods may require additional verification (OTP, bank authentication, etc.) to ensure secure transactions.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment fails:
- Check your entered details
- Ensure sufficient balance or credit limit
- Try an alternative payment method
9. Refunds to Payment Methods
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction, within the specified timeframe.
10. Privacy & Safety Tips
- Never share your payment details, OTPs, or passwords with anyone
- Avoid using public or unsecured networks for transactions
- Regularly review your saved payment methods for accuracy
11. Unsupported or Expired Methods
Expired or unsupported payment methods may be automatically removed or require updating before use.
